Questions
Do I need to hire every practice?
No. Most clients start with one Package or a Sprint and add practices as the work grows. The same team stays with you.
Who owns the software you build?
Work built specifically for you becomes yours once it is paid in full. Reusable components of the Firespace platform are licensed to you for your own use, and you can always export your data.
Where is my data hosted?
On infrastructure in Europe or on your own servers. We follow UK GDPR and are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
How do you price custom work?
Every custom project starts with discovery. You get a written proposal with a closed scope, timeline and price before any build starts.
Do you work with companies outside the UK?
Yes. We work in English and Spanish with teams in different countries and time zones, remotely and by video call.
