We tell you before doing it, with the extra scope and price in writing. Nothing is added to the bill without your approval.
Why do some sprints start with a discovery?
Custom software cannot be priced honestly without seeing your process and systems first. The discovery is credited against the project if you go ahead.
Can a sprint turn into a partnership?
Yes. Many clients start with one sprint and continue in two-week cycles once the first deliverable is in use.
