From uploading every class by hand to a school that runs itself.

An institute with about forty students published every class by hand. We built its learning platform with online payments, and an assistant that answers leads on WhatsApp and Instagram.

Publishing a class
4 manual stepsAutomatic

Every week the director recorded a class and then uploaded it, downloaded it, moved it and enabled access for each of about forty students, by hand. A forgotten step meant students without their class.

What we built

A learning platform on Payload CMS and SvelteKit: courses, student access and payments through Mercado Pago and PayPal in US dollars, with subscriptions. The teacher uploads the class and the students who paid can watch it.

An AI assistant answers prospective students on WhatsApp and Instagram and hands the conversation to a person in a shared inbox when it should. It only takes the conversation back once that person marks it resolved.
