Three branches, one system, moved without stopping the counter.
We moved a print company’s branch management system off a no-code stack onto its own code and database, with continuous backups and nightly deploys that roll back on their own.
Each of the company’s three branches runs its sales, orders and customers on one shared system. It had been built on FlutterFlow and Firebase, and every change depended on that platform.
What we did
We rebuilt the system in SvelteKit on its own PostgreSQL database, moved its files to object storage and cut over in one evening. Since then the database has been backed up continuously, so at most about a minute of work can be lost, and a restore is tested every week.
Changes ship at night: a scheduled deploy publishes the reviewed version and rolls back on its own if the new one fails its checks, so the branches never open to a broken system.

Next is a web-to-print store on the same system, so customers can order and design online.
